I am making a lot of Hoo-Ha about Israel, but the thing I like most is the land itself, the feeling of the land and the spectacles of the landscape, the quietness of the Judean desert, the stillness of the dead sea, the deep (you might say religious..) feelings of the mountains of Galilee, the view of Israel from the air just before landing, the quiet starry nights, the warm feelings and intensity of the people of Israel and Mediterranean sea. So here are some samples:
The Dead Sea is very therapeutic, if you go there, you will understand why, here is an interesting piece: Good Morning America or for more feelings click Feel the dead Sea or have fun
Another special part of Israel is the Sea of Galilee (lake Kineret), on our next tour we are going to stay in Kibbutz Ma'agan. Watch and get hooked like I did Lake Kineret - Kibbutz Ma'agan
Youtube is good, but there in nothing like actually being there..
I visit Israel at least once a year, and I never miss Hamat Gader hot springs, I believe it is the best of its kind, surrounded by mountains, a peace of lushness in the middle of nowhere : The hot springs at Hamat Gader . If you want to treat yourself while in Israel go there. It is about 72 shekels ($18) to get in, but it is worth every penny. (is that good English?)
Ok.. Look at that too Rosh Hanikrah It is the northest point on the Israeli cost, just on the border with Lebanon, they like to brag that their cable car is the shortest in the world, it is true.
